What we collect
From applicants: name, phone, optional email, city and ZIP, languages, trades, experience, certifications, availability, transportation, how you heard about us and an optional resume. From contractors: an email address. We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth or ID numbers on this website.
Why
To contact applicants about work and to notify contractors when crew requests open. We use the information only for those purposes.
Where it is stored and who sees it
In our form tool and applicant list, seen by our staff and, at hiring, by our payroll and hiring back-office provider. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Text messages
If you check the text-message box, we may text you about job openings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.
Retention and your choices
Applicant records are kept while you are available for work and for the period required by law, then deleted. To update or delete your information, email crew@crewworkforce.com.
